fulge flashcard program
Introduction
Fulge is a simple (perhaps, primitive) MS-Windows native flashcard program,
to drill and review flashcards. I use it to practice words in different
languages.

MS-Windows only
Fulge is a simple Visual C++/MFC application, so it runs only on MS-Windows.
